Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yep, it's on us for all orders within Australia!
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). The delivery then usually takes 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday).
How do I start the return process?

Are there any restocking fees for returns?
No, we do not charge restocking fees. You will be refunded in full once your return is processed and approved.
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
Sure thing, if you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@goldensands-boutique.com with the details of your request. We’ll assist you with the exchange process. Bear in mind that you can only exchange unused items within 30 days of receiving them.
